From the earliest days of our company, Mike played a meaningful role in shaping who we are. As one of our very first team members, he was more than just a trusted agent—he was a steady presence, a source of encouragement, and a man whose integrity, warmth, and sense of humor uplifted everyone around him. His dedication to his work and his clients was matched only by his loyalty to the people he cared about.

Outside of North Star, Mike lived a full and vibrant life. He was deeply involved in his church community, where he gave generously of his time and heart. He loved playing recreational softball, sharing laughs over poker games with his brother and close friends, and most of all, spending time with his family. He was a devoted husband and a proud father whose legacy will live on in the lives of those he loved most.

Though he is no longer with us, Mike will always be a part of the North Star family. His spirit, kindness, and the example he set continue to guide and inspire us every day.
