Kenedy Village RV Park

Kenedy Village RV Park is a 73 site park located in the City of Kenedy, Texas. The park sits on 4.04 acres and operates on city water and city sewer. The majority of the sites are submetered; however all utilities are paid for by ownership. Over 95% of guests are long term, paying the monthly rate. Kenedy Village RV Park is the only park in the area with full bathroom facilities. All roads and RV pads are concrete. Park amenities include restrooms with two men’s showers and two women’s showers, laundry facilities, and free WiFi. The current Park Manager oversees all repair, maintenance, and revenue collection. The Manager is willing to stay onboard for future ownership. Kenedy, Texas, is in the heart of the Eagle Ford Shale, the epicenter for oil and gas production in South Texas. The park is strategically located near the major Kenedy thoroughfare US Highway 181. Nearby amenities include Walmart Supercenter, HEB, and Tractor Supply. The park is located one hour from San Antonio and one and half hours from Corpus Christi.
